Complaint on Hotel Services

I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the services at Crystal Hotel.

On 17 December 2012, my family and I just checked-in at your hotel. We are not satisfied with the services provided. Firstly, we had difficulty in registering. We found that room already been given to other family. Even though we already booked the room and we also had to spend an hour to settle the problem.

I am writing to ask you to improve your services and to ensure that such error do not happen again.

I look forward for your further action.
