I am writing this letter to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the catering service on our
seminar event.

After the event, many participants complained about the catering service. First, the caterers were
often late to provide food and they are quite messy in their work. Furthermore, the caterers were rude
to our seminar participants.
Besides, the pulut and rendang for evening meals was spoiled and smelled bad.
